The Wasatch Villa is a custom built Mountain Modern Home with all the upgrades. Beautiful finishes at ever turn, Wolf and SubZero appliances, gorgeous hardwood and tile floors. Huge wooden beams and vaulted ceilings. Multiple Decks and large picture windows with stunning views of Mount Timpanogos, Deer Valley, the new Mayflower Ski Resort, Deer Creek Reservoir, Heber Valley and Midway are just some of the details. Enter through the large custom wood and glass double doors into a beautiful and cozy parlor with vaulted wood beamed ceilings, an huge fireplace and views onto the back deck and private hillside behind the villa. Off the parlor is the main master suite with a comfy king 4-poster bed, fabuouls chandalier, soaring vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light tempered by automatic shades. The master has its own private entrace to the main rear deck as well as a private deck off the Master ensuite bathroom. Summary: I received a ton of great communications about the house and property before arriving. It was easy to access with the door code. The house was fully equipped with plenty everything we needed in the kitchen, the coffee nook, the outdoor decks, bedrooms and bathrooms. There is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and sleep. Note that the 2nd bedroom upstairs needs to either use the shower in the primary bedroom (which is a little odd) or use the downstairs shared bathroom shower - not a huge issue but something to note depending on who all is sharing the house. The views are beautiful in the morning with the sun rising and it is great to sit on the side deck with a cup of coffee and look at out over the valley. Plenty of parking in the garages or in the large driveways. All and all a great house for a group.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! It was six of us that enjoy cooking so took full advantage of the flat top and even smoked a brisket. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Summary: The wide open interior and plentiful windows at the high altitudes makes you feel like you can breathe. There’s space to do your own thing and the interior is beautifully furnished and decorated. The people are kind and there’s plenty to explore. Jeff made himself available for communication readily, and was very good to us. We loved our stay!

Summary: The rental property we stayed at was perfect for our weekend. As parents of the bride we were able to provide space for the groom’s family to host a rehearsal luncheon of around 50 people made up of the wedding party, family and friends who all traveled from out of state. The property was spacious, set up for entertaining and provided spectacular views. We would stay here again.
